Ingredients
For the Brownie Base:
1 cup sugar
½ cup melted butter
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
⅓ cup cocoa powder
½ cup all-purpose flour
¼ tsp salt
For the Peanut Butter Swirl:
½ cup creamy peanut butter
2 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tbsp milk
Optional Toppings:
Chocolate chips
Banana slices
Chopped walnuts or pecans
Sea salt flakes
Mini marshmallows
Instructions
Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease or line a round pizza pan with parchment paper.
In a bowl, whisk sugar and melted butter until smooth.
Add eggs and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
Stir in cocoa powder, flour, and salt until just mixed.
Spread the batter into the prepared pan evenly.
Bake for 18–20 minutes, until edges are set and the center is slightly gooey.
In a separate bowl, mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth.
Drop spoonfuls onto the warm brownie and gently swirl using a knife—don’t overmix.
Add your choice of toppings while the base is still warm.
Cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
Use a metal pan for better edge crisping.
Avoid overbaking to keep the center fudgy.
Freeze leftovers wrapped individually in parchment and reheat at 160°C (320°F) for 6–8 minutes.
