2–3 tbsp honey or maple syrup (to taste)

Instructions
In a food processor, blend cottage cheese, vanilla, honey, and salt until smooth.
While blending, slowly drizzle in the melted chocolate.
Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
Spoon into ramekins or serving bowls.
Chill in the fridge for 1–2 hours before serving.
Garnish with berries, nuts, or cocoa powder for extra flair.

Strain the cottage cheese with cheesecloth for even smoother mousse.
