Ingredients
Scale
2 cups cottage cheese (blended)
1 cup dark chocolate chips
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
Optional: sweetener, sea salt, peanut butter, crushed nuts
Instructions
Blend cottage cheese until smooth.
Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil.
Combine all ingredients and blend again.
Pour into a tray lined with parchment paper.
Freeze for 2–3 hours.
Slice into bars and enjoy.
Notes
Add nuts, peanut butter, or protein powder for variations.
Best served cold straight from the fridge or freezer.
