Ingredients
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 cup frozen or fresh peach slices
1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
½ banana (optional, for creaminess)
1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
½ cup ice cubes
Instructions
Add vanilla protein powder, peaches, and milk to a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Add banana and chia seeds if desired, then blend again.
Adjust thickness with ice or more milk.
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
Notes
Use frozen peaches for a thicker shake.
For extra protein, swap almond milk with Greek yogurt.
