Ingredients
4 cups fresh seedless watermelon, cubed or balled
3 tablespoons chamoy sauce
1 teaspoon Tajín or chili-lime seasoning (adjust to taste)
Juice of 1 lime
Optional: cucumber slices, jicama sticks, mango chunks, cilantro leaves, tamarind candy
Instructions
Wash and cut the watermelon into cubes or use a melon baller for round shapes.
If using, prep add-ins like cucumber, jicama, or mango into small sticks or cubes.
In small cups or bowls, layer watermelon and optional ingredients.
Drizzle chamoy sauce over the fruit.
Sprinkle with Tajín or chili-lime seasoning.
Squeeze fresh lime juice over the top.
Garnish with extra lime wedges or cilantro if desired.
Chill for 10–15 minutes before serving for best flavor.
Notes
For a milder version, use less Tajín or swap chamoy for sweet tamarind syrup.
Add ice chips or freeze watermelon chunks for an extra cooling effect.
Store cut fruit separately and dress with sauce right before serving.
